What comes across from a PetroSoft backup
Upload the .sql backup file from PetroSoft on Maxify's Import screen. Maxify reads it and shows you what it found before anything is saved:
- Fuels, tanks, nozzles and rates.
- Staff, with one first password you choose for everyone who will sign in.
- Credit customers, with what each owes today, and their vehicles.
- Shifts and card machines.
Your history, as closed days
Maxify can also bring in every past day from the backup: sales by nozzle, attendants' collections, deliveries, expenses, pay and customer payments. Each day comes in closed, so the day book, the DSR and every report include it from the start. Accounts you lent or borrowed through can come in as loans, with your bank and cash matching PetroSoft day by day.
You are asked for your tank stock on the first day and any deliveries the backup is missing. No alerts are sent for imported days, and old shortages never reach anyone's pay.
Kept anything outside PetroSoft?
Registers in Excel, or files from another program, come in through the same Import screen: upload them in whatever layout they are, and the AI importer matches the columns for you to confirm. See switching from any software. A getting-started checklist then walks you through what's left: stations, staff, tanks and products, dispensers and nozzles, prices and counter billing.
What you get after the switch
- Attendants enter their own readings and collections on their phones — no register to copy up at night. Nozzles and shifts.
- A day close that checks every attendant's money and locks the day. DSR and day close.
- Your forecourt live in 3D Station Control.
- Every pump on the owner's phone, wherever they are. Owner dashboard.
