SWITCHING SOFTWARE

Switch to Maxify from any petrol pump software.

Whatever runs your pump today — PetroSoft, PumpOne, PumpSoftware, a program on the office computer, or Excel registers — Maxify can read what it exports. Upload the files as they are. The AI importer works out which column is which, asks you only about what it isn't sure of, and shows you every row before anything is saved.

How the AI importer works

  1. Export from your old software. Most pump software can save its masters and reports to Excel or CSV. Registers you keep in Excel already are.
  2. Upload the files as they are. No template to copy into, no columns to rename.
  3. The importer matches them. Columns are matched by their headings first. For anything left over, Maxify's AI works out which sheet is which, which column is which, and what each value means.
  4. You answer only the doubtful ones. Anything the AI isn't confident about becomes a question for you, with the sheet's first rows beside it.
  5. Check every row, then import. The rows are checked exactly as a typed entry would be, and you can correct any of them before you press Import.

The AI proposes; it never writes. Nothing reaches your books until you have seen it and pressed Import.

What you can bring across

AreaWhat comes in
StationFuels, tanks, dispensers and nozzles, prices, and each tank's dip chart
PeopleStaff, and shift timings
CreditCredit customers, their vehicles, and what each owes today
MoneyOpening cash and bank balances, loans with what is still owed
ShopLubricant and shop items, and bills you issued from your old software
PaymentsUPI QR codes and card machines
ComplianceLicences with their renewal dates

If you set up fuels, tanks or nozzles before importing, the import matches them to yours and asks about anything it can't match. It never duplicates or changes the station you have already set up.

Coming from PetroSoft?

You can go further. Maxify reads a PetroSoft .sql database backup directly and can bring in every past day as a closed day, so your day book and DSR start with your history in them. See switching from PetroSoft.

Or let us do it

Switching isn't yours to do if you don't want it to be. Send us your files and our team imports them, sets up your tanks, nozzles, prices and staff, and trains your team over phone or WhatsApp. You can be live within a day.

Message us on WhatsApp with the name of your current software, or start a free trial and run the importer yourself.

Frequently asked questions

My software isn't listed. Can I still switch?

Yes. The importer doesn't need to know your software. If it can export to Excel or CSV, Maxify can read the export, in whatever layout it comes.

Will my old daily sales history come across?

From a PetroSoft backup, yes — every past day comes in as a closed day. From other software, your masters, credit balances, opening balances, loans and past bills come across, and Maxify starts your daily records from the day you switch. Keep your old software's reports for the years before.

Does the AI change my figures?

No. It only proposes which column means what. Every row is checked and shown to you before import, and nothing is saved until you press Import.

How long does switching take?

Most pumps can be live within a day: import the files, check the setup, and start the next shift on Maxify.
