Your whole station on one screen
Most pump software is a menu of forms. 3D Station Control starts from the thing you actually manage, the forecourt. Your dispensers, tank farm, office, shop and price sign stand where they stand at your station, and the people and numbers on them update as the day goes on.
- Attendants on nozzles. See who is on each nozzle right now, and who has handed over and is done for the day.
- Tank levels. Each tank fills to today's level, so a low tank is visible at a glance.
- Dispensers. A dispenser that has been switched off or reported faulty shows as off.
- The day. The day's progress and cash are on screen while you work.
Click it to act on it
Everything in the scene is a way in. Click a dispenser, a tank or an attendant and the matching screen opens in a side panel, without leaving the view. Drag an attendant from the bench onto a nozzle to assign their shift. Bill a customer from an attendant's panel.
On the Intelligence plan, the owner's view pins each Loss Radar finding to the dispenser or tank it is about, so a meter drift shows on the dispenser that drifted.
Arrange it to look like your pump
In Arrange, move or turn every piece: dispensers, the office, the shop, the notice board, the price sign and the tank farm. Add what your forecourt has, such as free air, drinking water, toilets, a shrine, a chai stall, an ATM or a car wash, and set your station's name sign, colours and sky. Arrange is available to managers and owners on every plan.
Which devices it works on
3D Station Control opens on tablets and computers with a screen at least 768 pixels wide. When a manager or owner signs in on one, it is the first thing they see. On a phone, the same station is shown as simple cards, so attendants and owners on the move get the same information without the 3D.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need special hardware for 3D Station Control?
No. It runs in the browser on an ordinary tablet or computer. Nothing is installed at the pump. The levels and readings come from what your team records in Maxify.
Is 3D Station Control an extra cost?
No. It is part of Maxify for managers and owners on every plan. Loss Radar findings pinned in the scene need the Intelligence plan.
Can an owner with several pumps use it?
Yes. An owner sees their stations as cards and can open each one in 3D, and arrange each one separately. See the owner dashboard.
