What Loss Radar checks
| Check | What it catches |
|---|---|
| Tanker short delivery | A challan whose 15 °C quantity doesn't agree with its own gross volume and temperature |
| Tank variance, temperature-corrected | Stock loss or gain that remains after correcting for temperature |
| Nozzle meter drift | A nozzle meter that has started to drift |
| Density out of band | A density reading, corrected to 15 °C, that is out of line |
| Registers too clean | Dip or density entries that look copied rather than measured |
| Sales basis divergence | Sales figures from two sources that disagree |
| Station variance pattern | Variance that repeats in a pattern across days |
| Credit customer risk | Customers whose paying is slipping |
| Card and UPI not settled | Card or UPI takings that haven't reached the bank |
These checks are arithmetic and physics on your own figures, not guesses from an AI model. A finding that needs action is emailed to you, and on a tablet or computer it is pinned to the dispenser or tank in 3D Station Control.
Ask Maxify
Ask your own figures a question in plain words — typed or spoken in English, Hindi or Malayalam — and get the answer in the language you asked in. Ask Maxify can read a photo of a tanker challan, an expense bill or a deposit slip and prepare the entry. It never writes on its own: every entry it prepares is confirmed by a person.
Also on Intelligence
- Forecasts: days of stock left, a 14-day cash plan and what moved your margin.
- A compliance calendar for PESO, stamping, fire NOC, pollution consent, insurance, GST due dates and loan dates.
Coming next: Maya, an agent who runs the pump with you. Pre-bookings are open.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI see my pump's data?
Loss Radar's checks run as ordinary code on your ledgers, with no AI model involved. When you ask Ask Maxify a question, that question and the figures needed to answer it are sent to a model provider to be put into words. It can read; it cannot write without your confirmation.
Which plan includes Loss Radar?
The Intelligence plan. The Core plan runs the whole operational and financial pump, including night-to-night tank reconciliation and variance alerts.
