The Gold Standard in Fuel Pump Management.
Maxify replaces your DSR, stock register, density register, credit book and cash book — and checks every night's figures for losses, and answers your questions in plain words.
Three layers. One system.
Maya follows up on WhatsApp — the entry already prepared, waiting for one tap.

Maya runs the pump with you.
Not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. A named operator with her own account, who looks at your station every day, notices what has not been done, prepares the entry, chases what nobody answered — and asks you only where the answer is genuinely yours.
A day nobody closed. A reading nobody took. The report nobody uploaded.
Tomorrow's rate, from the oil company's own intimation. A photographed bill, booked under a ceiling you set.
Her journal is what is still open, and she follows it up rather than filing it.
On WhatsApp, from a handset bound to you. Voice notes included.
Maya cannot confirm anything from a chat. Every entry she prepares is confirmed by a person, in the app, and everything she does is in the audit trail under her own name.
It checks the day for you. You decide.
Every night, Maxify checks your numbers against themselves — no guessing, no accusations. Each finding shows exactly where the money is, and then it waits for a person to decide.
Ask Maxify answers when you ask. Maya follows things up without being asked.
Ask your own figures a question.
In plain language: what a shift collected, who is over their credit limit, how much diesel is left. It reads; it never writes. Anything it prepares, you confirm.
Catches tanker shortages, meter faults and suspicious readings.
A short delivery, a nozzle drifting off, fuel density that stopped matching its own history, a dip reading that repeats itself, two counts of a day's sales that don't agree, and a pattern that keeps showing up at the station.
- A tanker's delivery, corrected for temperature and checked against its own paperwork
- A nozzle slowly drifting off — it clears the attendant, it never accuses one
- Fuel density compared against that tank's own history, not a guessed number
- A dip reading that repeats itself exactly, day after day
- Two ways of counting a day's sales that should match, and don't
- A pattern at the station that keeps showing up, naming no one
And what is about to happen.
How many days of stock is left in each tank, when to reorder and how much will fit, how long your cash will last at today's spending, and what actually moved your margin this month.
Every figure is computed from your own ledgers before any AI sees it — the findings work with the assistant switched off.
Six places money leaves your forecourt. Maxify watches all six.
Not software features — the losses every dealer already worries about, and how each one gets caught.
Tanker delivered short
The challan is corrected for temperature and checked against itself. You see the shortage in litres and rupees, ready to raise with the supplier.
Cash short at shift change
Every handover is balanced against the totaliser — cash, UPI, card and credit. A short is flagged against that shift for you to review.
Credit parties not paying
Every credit fill goes on the party's account, vehicle by vehicle. You are alerted past their limit, and they get a statement link they can open.
Stock not matching the dip
Each tank is reconciled night to night against the dip, so a gap shows up the next morning — not at the month-end count.
You can't be at the pump every day
See every pump's day on your phone. You get an email if a day doesn't balance, a dispenser is switched off, or nobody closed the day.
Month-end GST scramble
Counter bills are proper GST invoices in an unbroken series, and the return data exports to Excel for your accountant.
One clean loop, every single day.
5L pump-out, visual ID check, optional DIP — logged with a photo before the first sale.
Opening and closing reading per nozzle. What the shift should have collected is worked out for you.
UPI, card, cash and credit reconciled per employee. Count the notes and the count is the figure.
Closes the day and sets tomorrow's ground truth. Discrepancies flow to payroll automatically.
Not just readings. The whole business.
Tank & dispenser ledgers that actually reconcile.
Track purchases, write-offs and every millilitre through tank and dispenser ledgers. Volume in, volume sold, volume on hand — reconciled against the dip rod every night, never typed over.
Barcode billing with proper GST invoices.
Sell oil, coolant and shop items with barcode scanning and compliant GST invoicing — the same clean numbers, right down to CGST and SGST splits, in a gapless series your accountant can file from.
Discrepancies flow straight to payroll.
A flagged shortfall links to the employee's payroll as a penalty deduction — capped, fair, and always explained. Pay by the month, the day or the hour, with overtime on top.
The rest of the pump, not just the forecourt.
- Credit parties and fleet accounts, vehicle by vehicle
- A cashbook: cash in hand and money at the bank
- Day book, short & excess statement, shift-wise accounts
- GST return data and tax workbooks, exported to Excel
- Works through a patchy network — entries send once you're back online
- A record of every change, which cannot be switched off
What dealers ask us first.
My attendants aren't comfortable with phones.
They don't need to be. The attendant's screen is two big buttons — start of day and end of shift — in Malayalam or English. For anyone who can't manage even that, the manager enters it from the office. And on the Intelligence plan you can simply ask Maxify in plain words: it answers from your own figures and prepares the entry for you to confirm.
Switching sounds like a lot of work.
It isn't yours to do. Send us your Excel registers and we import them, set up your tanks, nozzles, prices and staff, and train your team over phone or WhatsApp. You can be live within a day.
Do I need new hardware, or to connect my automation?
No. Maxify runs on the phones and computers you already have. Readings are entered by hand, the way your registers are filled today — so it works alongside any automation you have, not instead of it.
Does it work with my oil company?
Yes — IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Nayara or Jio-bp. Maxify keeps your station's own books; it doesn't depend on your oil company's systems.
Who at the pump uses it?
The owner sees every pump from their phone, from anywhere. The manager runs the day — roster, prices and the day-end balance. Attendants press two buttons. Cleaners and helpers are paid through payroll without ever needing a login.
Priced per station. No lock-in.
A station is one pump outlet. Add a card to start the free trial — nothing is charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then.
The whole operational and financial pump.

Nothing to pay now, and no date promised. We write to you first.
Prices exclude GST, charged at 18%. Billed to the owner, per station. Add a station and it works at once — you are billed for it from the next cycle, never mid-month.
Every finding is computed from your own ledgers by ordinary code before any language model is involved — the findings work with the assistant switched off entirely. When you do ask Ask Maxify a question, that question and the figures needed to answer it are sent to a model provider to be put into words. It reads; it cannot write. Anything it prepares is confirmed by you.
